Each year, we appoint to Hounslow schools the majority of successfully shortlisted applicants to our Pool. As the LA Employer, we support our schools with recruitment and retention of staff, including workload and well-being, as part of the wider School Effectiveness remit.
Once you have submitted your application, your application will be considered against the shortlisting criteria. Successfully shortlisted applicants will have their details matched with schools. Headteachers will invite applicants to interview in school.
You will be supported through the process by our dedicated Recruitment team with advice and information to help you find the right post for you.
Our Primary ECT Pool operates two phases.
Applications submitted between 31st January - 30th April will be considered on an on-going basis.
