Strand on the Green Juniors is a successful, vibrant three form entry school with a SEND resource base for children with autism. Situated close to the river in an attractive part of Chiswick, we are looking for a School Business Manager to join our friendly, committed team.

As a key member of the team you will provide strategic leadership, managing our resources efficiently and sustainably in line with our core principles, to enable the best outcome for our children.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• Experienced in working in finance and/or HR and/or facilities management
• Confident to manage colleagues in a busy office environment
• A strong written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail
• An excellent problem solver and strategic thinker
