  • Part-time, 4 days per week
  • Teachers MPR4 - UPR3 + 1 SEN point, dependent upon experience

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference by working with vulnerable children?  We are seeking to appoint a Primary Teacher to work alongside our friendly and close knit team to support students with SEMH.  The successful postholder will be based at our primary centre in Feltham.

Your wellbeing and professional development will be important to us. We will provide you with training and we will look after you. You will be joining a dynamic, professional organisation where teamwork and having each other’s back matters. You will be working in a stimulating and ever-shifting environment where your skills will be developed to a high level.   We place a high regard and focus on staff wellbeing we offer all staff three early finish days per school year, plus an occasional day, to support their wellbeing.  This post is for 4 days per week.

You will need to accept and work within our vision to be a trauma-informed school where relationships and restorative practice are very important. We do not judge our children; we approach them with compassion and curiosity. We learn together from situations and are always seeking new ideas and strategies.

Candidates will be talented, dynamic and inspirational with strong behaviour management skills and will be able to inspire, challenge and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people
