The Governing Board of Spring Grove Primary School wishes to appoint a Deputy Head teacher following the promotion of our current deputy. Additionally, due to the headteacher’s phased retirement, the successful candidate will be expected to deputise for the Headteacher for one day each week. 

The successful candidate will drive our strategic plan and build on recent developments and current strengths. You will be somebody who puts children at the heart of every decision. Our school is rooted in kindness and creativity, and we would like our deputy head to model and support this approach. You will help drive forward and further shape our vision for the school’s future development. You will be an active member of the school community who will lead, support and encourage collaboration to help Spring Grove meet and exceed its objectives.
