Salary: £55,526 (MPR4 + 1 SEN + TLR2C) - £67,552 (UPR3 + 1 SEN + TLR2C

We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. We are seeking to appoint a Curriculum Leader for Mathematics & Numeracy to lead across the service and to work alongside our friendly and close-knit team. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this stage.
Candidates will have the ability to work in a positive way with students who have behavioural and SEMH needs, be resilient, talented, dynamic and inspirational and will encourage and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes, whilst implementing the strategic vision of the Service.

We place a high regard and focus on staff wellbeing having been awarded the NEU Workload Charter Status and we offer all staff one early finish day per term and a wellbeing day in November each academic year to support their wellbeing. All of our Centres are a short walk from BR stations, with excellent transport links to several main bus routes and underground stations.
The post is 5 days per week, term time only and 32.5 hours per week on a permanent contract. Candidates must be able to inspire and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people. The post will start on the 02.09.26.
