As part of the School Improvment function, the Teacher Recruitment team are responsible for implementing a wide variety of recruitment and retention strategies on behalf of Hounslow's schools. In particular the team deals with NQT primary and secondary recruitment, Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Senior Leadership and works with the West London Partnership for the GTP and OTTP.
